In our efforts to find and purchase a home, we have found that having good real estate representation is invaluable. When we first decided to look at homes in earnest, we were lucky to have found Dan and Sandi, who did not stop from start to finish to help us succeed.

Both were always prompt and efficient returning our calls, having information we requested ready and accurate, and offering information we would not have even thought to ask for. We are sure that the research Dan and Sandi performed on the home, neighborhoud and recent sales, definitely gave us more confidence in the accuracy of our offer, and the piece of mind that we received the most home for our money.
Since neither of us had any recent home buying experience, Dan and Sandi were able to provide us with references for people to talk to about mortgage, home inspection and even legal services. All of whose services (after our own independant research) we ultimately ended up utilizing with great success, and ended up saving some money along the way.
Besides being completely professional, we both appreciated Dan and Sandi's sense of humour, honesty and approachability. They made the process of buying our home an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. We have found that like good friends, we can depend on Dan & Sandi to come through for us.
